First Time Home Buyers and Sellers Transaction Guide

A Real Estate transaction is complicated.  Agents and even Brokers often learn something new every time they list or sell a property, so if this is your first time buying or selling a house you’re in for a whirlwind of activity.  Even trying to write a bullet-by-bullet blog entry as a “how-to” for those folks was difficult as there are so many moving pieces and parts.

I saved myself- and you- the frustration and consulted Google only to find this excellently laid out Flow Chart of what steps occur in a Real Estate Transaction for whom and when.  Enjoy!
